Hong Kong Kowloon Bus Company (KMB) is the largest bus companies in Hong Kong, KMB in order to improve the existing scheduling model to improve the scheduling efficiency, 2003, CSATEL Group, participated in the Kowloon Bus KMB bus scheduling system construction tender.

The system combines GPS, GIS, GPRS, sensor technology, the vehicle status information (including position, speed, number of passengers, the vehicle condition) and immediately sent back to the dispatch center, the target space, time and status information combine to produce effective decision-making information, and can respond to the instruction dispatch center, dispatch center established implementation strategy to achieve automatic vehicle dispatch and monitoring purposes.

This system is an effective closed-loop control system, the system automatically through the vehicle terminal data collection and processing operations, to GPRS as the wireless transmission, real-time monitoring platform to interact with, so that passive management into a multi-vehicle, real-time intelligence management, change the experience of the current bus schedule for the dynamic scheduling; released by electronic bus stop sign vehicle information, which greatly facilitates the public to travel.
